Mr. Brooks' Science Class comes to life!!!

Selaginella lepidophylla is also known as the rose of Jericho, resurrection plant, siempre viva, stone flower, and the dinosaur plant! 
It's over 290 million years old and can survive up to 50 years without water! 
Taking a picture every minute for about three hours, Mr. Brooks' 7th grade science classes created this time-lapse video of this amazing plant coming to life.
